Flesh run

Flesh run takes place in-between the reality and the performed, the experienced and the present space. I worked with mixing elements of nature into the theatre to create some sort of hybrid space where the body can meet and perform the forces of nature.

I was working together with six extraordinary dancers to develop the work and our approach was to together search for individual embodiments of encountering with nature-forces (dwelling) and in the same time create a collective through this shared attempt. The situatedness in the imagined landscape we created became a common ground for the dancers to meet, share and channel their lived and imagined experiences within.
