Bidan is a site specific solo, made for Adina, in the stairs to the bank at the square in Härnösand City. It was performed several times live and thereafter was made into a dance-film. The solo is about waiting for something. Bidan is the Swedish word for biding one's time. In my interpretation a word with a glimpse of hope. It is set in a rather old school framing for the timeless feeling of it. The format of the film is made chronological with an aim of referring to classical mime and black and white short movies.
